The staff was friendly and provided excellent service during breakfast. Unfortunately, there was constant noise from military flyovers, which made it hard to relax. Rooms were clean, but some had musty odors. Great location near restaurants and shops.

The hotel is conveniently situated just a short 7-8 minute drive from the historic district and close to downtown Savannah, making it easy to stroll along Abercorn Street to reach all the tourist attractions; plus, I loved that it was near the Riverwalk, with tons of shops and restaurants, so I was never short of places to explore and eat, while the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast options were fantastic with everything from eggs to pancakes, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy at times, which made it hard to fall asleep.

The bed was comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. the lighting was quite dim, making it hard to read or see well. The room was updated and very clean, which I appreciated. While the temperature control worked fine, the noise from military planes overhead was noticeable at times. There was only one comfortable chair, leaving little seating flexibility. I also encountered issues with the TV remote, which hindered the TV experience. The door lock was sticky but was addressed by maintenance after I reported it.

My friends and I had a blast hitting up the Bacon Park Golf Course and checking out the awesome games at Grayson Stadium! Golfing and cheering on the teams totally rocked our vacation vibe!
Wish there was a cool on-site hangout spot for young peeps to chill and have some late-night fun. More options for teen partying would've taken our trip to the next level!

I couldn't believe the room reeked of smoke when we arrived, and after switching, the new room was next to the ice machine—great for sleep, right? Plus, there was no shampoo or anything. Just a huge disappointment overall!

A clean, comfortable room with friendly staff made a great first impression. The 15-minute drive to the historic district was simple, and the free parking was a definite plus. Breakfast offered variety, but the limited selection felt a bit underwhelming—more pastries would have been nice. The TV remote situation was a hassle; it took multiple exchanges just to find one that somewhat worked. Still, the outdoor pool looked inviting, and nearby restaurants and shops added convenience. Minor quirks aside, this place has a solid vibe and served us well during our visit. Would return!

The beds were sooo comfy, making it hard to get up in the morning! Breakfast was delicious with hot pancakes and biscuits and gravy. The staff was super friendly, always ready to help and greet you with a smile!

The breakfast is a feast with a super sweet lady who anticipates your every need. The location is prime for easy access to the sights and there's a nice pool for a quick dip.
The room had some microscopic bugs making themselves at home.

The room was clean and comfortable, no bugs or mold in sight! The front desk clerk was pleasant and helpful, making check-in a breeze. Plus, there's a Waffle House nearby for convenient dining options.
It was frustrating not to get the room I reserved. The location next to an airfield meant late-night flights, disrupting sleep.

During our recent stay at Best Western, we were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated nicely between Georgia Southern Armstrong campus where my niece attends and historic Savannah. The proximity made it easy for us to explore both areas without any hassle. there were plenty of dining options and shopping venues nearby, adding to the overall convenience of the location. I must say, the room we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed was just right – not too soft, not too firm. We appreciated the ground floor room which allowed us to park right outside, making it super convenient for unloading our luggage. The shower had plenty of hot water, although the pressure could have been a bit stronger. The fact that they provided dispensers for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower was a nice touch and very convenient. On the downside, there were a few issues that detracted from our experience. We encountered a problem with the microwave in the room, although the staff did try to remedy the situation by bringing in a new one. the incident where a hotel worker walked into our room without warning just an hour before checkout was quite unsettling. The manager's response to our concerns left much to be desired, and it was disappointing to see such lackluster customer service in handling this situation. the housekeeping service was lacking during our stay. Not once did the housekeeper come in to do the room over the course of three nights. We had to request new towels and trash bags from the front desk, and even then, the service was incomplete. It was surprising to learn that they only clean the rooms for new guests, and this seems to be a recurring issue in hotels in the area. while the location and cleanliness of the room were positives, the issues with the microwave, lack of housekeeping, and the incident with the staff walking in unannounced were significant drawbacks to our stay at Best Western.

The staff was super friendly and the breakfast spread was delightful, had a nice variety to choose from. The pool was a refreshing spot to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The room and bathroom were spotless, the bed was comfy, and the TV had a good selection of channels. The WiFi worked well, and the fridge and microwave were handy additions. Ample parking space was a bonus!
The room was quite humid and the dehumidifier needed to run all night. The breakfast area could get crowded, and it was a struggle to find a table.

We enjoyed the family-friendly environment at Bacon Park Golf Course, perfect for a day outdoors. Both places were excellent additions to our family trip.
My kids wished for a larger playground area onsite.

Great location, 30 minutes from Tybee Beach. Friendly check-in/out staff. Nice surroundings with a Waffle House nearby. Comfortable bed with clean sheets.

stayed at best western and had a surprisingly nice room with plenty of seating in the dining area for breakfast. the sweetest lady took care of breakfast, and the staff was friendly. parking was easy, and the hotel was clean and quiet despite being on a busy street. overall, a great experience, and we're planning on staying again in two weeks.

I chose Best Western for its proximity to the Pin Point Heritage Museum, a place I've been longing to visit. The free WiFi throughout the property was a pleasant surprise. The convenient access to various shops, restaurants, and attractions was also a plus.

this best western was super clean and close to shop heaven with lots of malls nearby. the staff was really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had everything you could want - including fresh coffee and juice.

The Best Western in Savannah exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The lobby was immaculate and the room smelled fresh. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. The location was great, with easy access to downtown and tour trolley pick-up and drop-off. The staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. I also appreciated the added amenities like free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and a fridge for my son's medications. The breakfast spread was delicious and the staff in the breakfast room were attentive. it was a great value for the price.
Although my stay was enjoyable, I did notice a few cleanliness issues in the room. There was a black spot of mold on the ceiling above the sink, and the bathtub grout had visible mold and mildew.
